Listed below are some of the basic services we provide:
Winterizing / De-winterizing

Service includes completely draining all tanks, filling lines with RV-Safe antifreeze. I do not recommend adding antifreeze to fresh water tank, but will do so at your request. Fee includes up to 3 gallons of antifreeze and assumes the plumbing system is in proper working order.
Sealant Check
$75
Inspect all sealant on roof, around vents, along windows, cargo areas, sidewall and access door(s). Labor and materials to repair extra.
AC Service
$125
Clean inside filters, outside coils, check for nests and debris, check delta T (air drop across the coils)
Life Safety Check
$50
Inspect smoke detectors, check CO detector(s), propane detector and fire extinguisher.
Slideout Maintenance
$75
Clean sweeps, seals and wipers, inspect slideout alignment and clean tracks.
Water Heater Service
$125
Flush, check condition of anode rod (if applicable), check pressure relief valve, inspect burner assembly for bugs and nests.
Furnace Service
$75
Check exhaust for debris and clean, inspect for any obstructions, cracks and inspect LP lines.
Battery Service
$50
Clean battery terminals, clean break-away switch and check battery charge
Maintenance Package

Includes everything above except Winterization/De-winterization
