WHAT WE OFFER
We specialize in independent, third-party pre-purchase inspections for new and used RVs. Whether you’re considering a drivable RV (Class A, B, C, or Super C) or a towable unit (fifth wheel, travel trailer, or pop-up), our inspections are always performed in person—never remotely.
If you’ve already purchased your RV, we provide new-owner walk-throughs and consulting to help you understand your RV with confidence. Walk-throughs can be done in person or by video conference if distance or timing requires it.
We also offer basic RV repairs, routine service, and preventative maintenance for all RV types. No matter how often you travel—full-time, part-time, or just now and then—every RV requires ongoing maintenance. For RVs stored in freezing conditions, winterization and de-winterization are a must. I can take care of these services for you at a flat rate or walk you through the process step by step so you can confidently do it yourself.

Standard Service Request
Provide the year, make & model RV and what service(s) you need and I’ll contact you to schedule a day and time to complete the work. All standard service pricing is located here.

Repair Service Request
Provide the year, make & model RV and a summary of the issue(s). I’ll contact you within 24 hours and let you know if this is an issue I can address. If so, I’ll schedule an on-site visit so you can show me exactly what’s going on.

Detailed Estimate
A detailed cost estimate to resolve your issue(s) will be provided via email. Once you agree to the estimate, I’ll order any necessary parts and schedule the repair work.

Task Completion
Upon work completion, you will receive the final invoice for services.
Trained by industry professionals at the NRVTA
Mark received his training at the National Recreation Vehicle Training Academy (NRVTA) located in Athens, TX. Training included a week of RV electrical, propane, plumbing, water heater, air conditioning, furnace and refrigeration systems followed by two weeks of specialized RV inspection training.

What is Your Service Area?
Red Dog RV Services operates within a 60 mile radius of northeast Colorado Springs, CO. This includes most of El Paso, Teller and Pueblo counties. Outside of this area would incur a mileage charge.
